The ARTC CoP Track Worker Level 4 course represents the highest level of qualification in the ARTC track worker progression. Designed for experienced rail safety personnel, the course equips participants with the skills, knowledge, and authority required to manage and implement complex protection strategies—specifically Local Possessions (LPs) in line with the ARTC Code of Practice. It focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing LPs, including arranging for work trains to safely enter possession limits, ensuring full compliance with safeworking procedures and operational requirements.
