The ARTC CoP Track Worker Level 3 course equips participants with the advanced knowledge, skills, and authority needed to independently manage rail track protection activities. Building on the competencies gained in Levels 1 and 2, this course enables workers to plan, implement, and oversee complex safeworking methods— Track Work Authority (TWA) in alignment with the ARTC Code of Practice. Participants will develop the confidence and capability to maintain safety and operational integrity during track work activities in live rail environments.Units of Competency
